P. C:- In Suit No.236 of 2025, Interim Application No.5781 of 2025 has been filed by Defendant No.1 under the provisions of Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff seeks time to file an Affidavit in Reply to the same.

Accordingly, Affidavit in Reply to be filed on or before 2nd December, 2025.

Place both the Interim Applications for hearing on 9th December, 2025.

In Interim Application No.6806 of 2025, an Order dated 8th September, 2025 was passed directing the Defendant to maintain statusquo in respect of the estate of the deceased. That Order shall continue till the next date.
