After the matter was argued at some length and this Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of the Applicant in Interim Application No.5781 of 2025, Mr. Gomes, learned Counsel who appears for the Applicant, on instructions of his client, sought leave to withdraw the present Interim Application.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case propounded by either of the parties and that all rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.

Place the Interim Application No.6806 of 2025 for further consideration on 16th June 2026.

The Applicant is permitted to file his Rejoinder in Interim Application No.6806 of 2025, which shall be filed and served, on or before 8th May 2026.

Till then, interim reliefs, if any, granted earlier shall continue to operate.
