P. C:- This Interim Application has been filed seeking a post grant amendment to Letters of Administration issued on 21st March, 2009 in Testamentary Suit No.954 of 2006.
The Applicant had filed the said Petition for grant of Letters of Administration without Will in respect of certain properties and credits of the deceased Popatlal Mulji Chheda alias Mangal Mulji Chheda. This Court granted Letters of Administration without Will in favour of the Applicant on 21st March, 2009. Thereafter, the Applicant has discovered certain securities, which are set out in details in Exh. D, belonging to the estate of the deceased.

11-ia-5817-2025.doc It is in these circumstances that this Interim Application has been filed to amend the Schedule of the grant of Letters of Administration to incorporate the details of securities as mentioned in Exh. D. For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is required to be allowed.
Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "(a):- That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant Applicant/ Original Petitioner to carry out amendment in the schedule of the Grant of Letters of Administration issued on 21st day of March, 2009 in Testamentary Petition No.954 of 2006 to incorporate the details of securities as mentioned in "Exhibit - D" herein along with consequential amendments (if any)".
There will be no order as to costs.
