This Interim Application has been filed for restoration of Writ Petition No. 762 of 2020, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by an Order dated 14th August, 2025 passed by this Court. 2.

I have perused the Interim Application. In the Interim Application the Petitioner has shown sufficient cause for restoration of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :
