Mr.Bharucha, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that by a self operative order of this Court, the said Interim Application came to be dismissed for non-obtention of registered ARTI VILAS KHATATE number. Mr.Daver, learned Counsel, appearing for the Judgment Debtors, has no objection if the application is allowed. 4.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court is of the view that the Interim Application be allowed.

Let the Interim Application (Lodging) No.32708 of 2022 be restored to file. Let the registered number be obtained within a period of two weeks.

The Interim Application, accordingly, stands allowed and disposed as above.
