(b) That the abetment in the Suit if any be set aside; (c) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant to delete the name of the Defendant No. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 22 (since deceased) and be permitted to bring/add the name of the Legal heirs of the Defendants in the cause title of the suit."
