Mr. Sethi, points out that in paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 17 th April, 2026, the value of equity shares has been assessed as Rs. 1 per share. However, as per clause 6 of the valuation report, the value of Rs. 2,74,82,340 equity shares is considered at nominal value of INR 1 (Rupees One Only) for the entire share. 2.
