One of the objections / concern raised by the Official Liquidator was that the identity of the buyer of the shares which the Applicant seeks to sell / transfer is not known. Mr.Sethi submits that the Applicant shall file an additional affidavit setting out that the buyer of the shares is an independent company and is 1/2

Official Liquidator also seeks to place on record affidavit setting out that various complaints have been filed against the Company in liquidation which are pending before the EOW. Learned counsel are permitted to file the affidavit within one week from today.
