By this application, the applicants (original petitioners) are seeking permission to amend the petition as per Schedule annexed to the application. It is submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the names of two petitioners had to be deleted as they had expired, as a consequence of which, petitioner Nos.3 and 4 were re-numbered as petitioner Nos.1 and 2. It is further submitted that two new trustees have been inducted in the Trust. Copies of the minutes of the meetings of the Trust, confirming the appointment of the new trustees, have been placed on record with the application.

In that light, it is submitted that this Court may allow the amendment so that the names of the two newly inducted trustees can be brought on record.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. The application is disposed of.
