When the matter is called out, Mr. Shah, learned Senior Counsel, appears for the Applicants (Original Defendants) and submits that this Interim Application seeks condonation of delay in filing the said Application and for restoration of the Interim Application seeking condonation of delay in filing the written statement which came to be dismissed in view of the non removal of office objections. Mr. D'Souza, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondent/Plaintiff and seeks some time to file reply, submitting that Application has been served only on 7th October 2025. 3.

It is observed that the Interim Application is still on lodging number. Let office objections be removed and registered number be obtained within a period of three weeks, failing which the Interim Application to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 4.

Subject to the above, let reply be filed within a period of two weeks, with copy to the other side. Rejoinder be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter, with copy to the other side. 5.
