At the outset, learned counsel appearing for Applicant seeks leave to amend the schedule of amendments to replace the words Caveatrix/Defendant with the words 'said deceased'. Amendment allowed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is Sairaj 1 of

Interim Application has been preferred by the legal heirs of the deceased-Caveator for bringing themselves on record as the original Defendant/Caveator has expired and for condonation of delay of 340 caused days in preferring the present Application. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-original Plaintiff has no objection to the present Application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 340 days stand condoned.

Interim Application is allowed.

Amendment to be carried out within period of two weeks from today.
