Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein, the reasons given in the Application for condoning the delay of 1278 are prima facie believable. Exigencies stated by Mr. Kankaria with respect to demolition of building in which Advocate's office was located in paragraph Nos. 6 and 7 are accepted by Court. 3.

In view of the above, order dated 18.07.2023 stands quashed and set aside. Suit along with Interim Application (L) No. 19801 of 2021 are restored to file.
