This interim application seeks condonation of delay for a period of 53 th July, 2025 by which the captioned days, as well as recall of an order dated 4 Arbitration Petition (which is filed under provision of Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996) came to be dismissed. 2.

Having heard learned Counsel, who has taken me through this Interim Application. Given that I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown, in my view, the substantive interest of justice could thereby be served. This Interim Application is allowed, and the Petition under Section 11 of the Act is restored to file. Therefore, this application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause A & B.
