The present Interim Application No. 6272 of 2025 seeks to delete the name of Claimant No. 1(d) who is stated to have passed away on 25th May 2024 leaving behind him, the Respondents herein, as is only heirs and legal representatives.

Accordingly, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and the Applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment to that effect on or before 16th January 2026. 3.

Plaintiff is permitted to submit a fresh copy of the plaint since the papers are in a bad condition.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

5.

Place the LAR for hearing on 23rd January 2026 at 04:00 pm. 6.

Both parties shall file a detailed note of written arguments together with a compilation of judgments that they proposed to rely upon. This shall be filed and exchange between them no later than 20th January 2026.
