Interim Application No.6289 of 2025 :

This Interim Application seeks amendments to the plaint in terms of the Schedule.
2.
Mr. Doctor, learned Counsel, appears for the Plaintiff and submits that the amendments sought do not change the cause of action but are only to comply with the procedure required under Order XXXVII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Mr. Shah, learned Counsel, appearing for the Defendants has no objection.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :
"(a) The Applicant/Plaintiff be permitted to carry out the amendments to the Plaint as contained in Schedule I appended hereto."
5.
Let the amendments as per the schedule be carried out within a period of two weeks.
6.
Let the amended proceedings be served upon the other side within a period of two weeks thereafter and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed.
7.
The Interim Application is accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
