Interim Application No. 6370 of 2025 :

This Interim Application seeks permission to amend the Contempt Petition as per Schedule-I.

When the matter is called out, Mr. Dwarkadas, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant submits that one more contemnor is to be added in terms of the Schedule-I to the Application as the said contemnor has also committed breaches.

The other learned Counsel appearing in the matter have no objection if the Interim Application is allowed. 4.

It is observed that the show cause notice is yet to be issued in the Contempt Petition.

Accordingly, having heard the learned Counsel, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus : (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the present Petition as per the Schedule I to this Application on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deem appropriate. 6.

Let the amendments to the Contempt Petition be carried out within a period of two weeks.

7.

Let the amended copies of the Contempt Petition be served upon the Respondents including the newly added Respondent, within a period of two weeks thereafter and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed.

The Interim Application stands allowed and disposed as above.

List the Contempt Petition on 17th March 2026 under the cation 'for directions'.
