Learned counsel points out that the captioned Commercial Arbitration th January 2026 and an Arbitrator was also Application was allowed on 28 appointed. However, the Interim Application No.6385 of 2025 which was filed for delay condonation in filing captioned Arbitration Application though was allowed, does not find mention in the same order. 3.

Hence, add, after paragraph No.2, "The Interim Application No.6385 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a)" 4.

Original order to be corrected accordingly.
