This is an application for post grant amendment to the succession certificate dated 7th August, 2021 granted to the applicant in respect of the estate of Yudhishtarlal Mulchand Wadhwa. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that after receiving the succession certificate, it came to the notice that there is an error in Serial Nos. 1 to 13 of Schedule I of the Petition and hence the present application has been filed.

I have considered the Schedule of Assets as well as the proposed amendment.

The application seeks correction of the registered address as mentioned in Serial No. 1 of the Schedule of Assets and correction of the registered address and to add distinctive number in the description at Serial No. 2 of the Schedule of Assets and to correct the certificate number and to correct the face value of the assets in Serial No. 13 of the Schedule of Assets. The amendments are in the nature of correction of clerical error and hence the same can be allowed. 5.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks. 6.

Post amendment grant expedited.
