This Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 23 days in filing the additional written statement to the amended Plaint. 2.

The learned counsel for the Plaintiff objects to this Application. 3.

For the reasons stated in this Application, in my view, there is sufficient cause for condoning the delay in filing the additional written statement.

In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer (a) thereof which reads as under : "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order thereby condoning the delay of 23 days in filing the additional written statement and the additional written statement be taken on record in the interest of justice;"
