When the matter is called out, Mr.Nakul Jain, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that he is pressing for deposit of the decretal amount in as much as the Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been dismissed for nonremoval of office objections. 2.

It is observed that the Commercial Execution Application is on lodging number. Mr.Jain for the Applicant undertakes to remove office objections and obtain registered number to the Commercial Execution Application within a period of three weeks.

Let office objections to the Commercial Execution Application be removed and registered number be obtained within a period of three weeks, failing which, the Commercial Execution Application to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5.
