The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay in filing the above Appeal. The Interim Application states that there is a delay of 142 days. However, we find that the delay DECEMBER 05, 2025 Utkarsh

5.ia.6575.2025.doc is of about five and half months. The explanation for the delay is set out in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the Interim Application. 2.

Though we are not fully satisfied with the explanation given, in order to ensure that the Appellants are not denied a hearing on merits, the above Interim Application is allowed and the delay in filing the above Appeal is condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the advocates for the Appellant shall remove all other office objections within a period of 2 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
