Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that all the disputes and differences between the parties stand settled. In these circumstances, it is submitted by them that the various documents lying with the Registry of the Court may be returned to the applicant, namely, Zoru Darayus Bhathena, who is the offspring of the Original Petitioner No. 2 and Respondent No. 2, who owed obligations to the Original Respondent no. 1. Learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 1-Bank has no objections to the return of the documents and states that all disputes and differences stand settled. In these circumstances, by consent of parties, the documents lying in Court, which were deposited pursuant to the order dated March 16, 2016, shall be returned to the Applicant. Liberty to approach the Registry and collect the same. The Interim Application is finally disposed of. 3.
