It is submitted that there are some typographical errors in the judgment dated 10.12.2025 which are mentioned in the praecipe. In view thereof, following corrections be carried out in the said judgment:-

P14. OS IA 6603-25.odt 2.1.

In paragraph No. 3 on page No. 2, 6th line from bottom the date "27.09.1974" be replaced with the date "27.09.1994"; 2.2.

In first line of paragraph No. 4.2 on page No. 4, the word "puts" be replaced with the words "does not put" ;

2.3.

In 3rd line of paragraph No. 4.11 on page No. 10, the word "AJB" be replaced with the date "ABJ";

2.4.

In 4th line of paragraph No. 19 on page No. 24, the word "intensive" be replaced with the word "incentive". 3.

Corrections to the above effect be carried out in the judgment dated 10.12.2025 and corrected judgment be uploaded. Rest of the Judgment remains undisturbed.
