Learned Counsel for the Applicant in the captioned Interim Application submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29th January 2025, Justice Kathawalla was appointed as the Mediator. The Learned Mediator thereafter filed a mediation report dated 19th August 2025, which records that the captioned Interim Application has been settled. It is further recorded that the Applicant, along with two other entities, and Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 executed the Terms of Settlement dated 22nd July 2025 in the presence of the Learned Mediator.
