As the same can be done in such Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), as follow: "a. permit the Applicant to amend the present Commercial Suit as well Interim Application No. 301 of 2021 in Third Party Notice No. 1 of 2019 as per the Schedule annexed hereto;" 2.

Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.
