Learned counsel for Plaintiff has brought to my attention to the order rd July 2019, by which the present Suit was tagged along with the dated 3 following Suits:

(i) Suit No.60 of 2017; (ii) Suit No.62 of 2017; (iii) Suit No. 192 of 2017 and (iv) Suit No.450 of 2017.

It is submitted that there is a possibility of amicable resolution. Thus, a th January 2026.

request is made to list all these suits on 6 INTERIM APPLICATION NO.6609 OF 2025 3.

This Interim Applications seeks impleadment of the Official Liquidator. Mr. Moorjani, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, does not oppose the same.

Hence, the Interim Application is allowed.

Amendments shall be carried out within a period of one week from today, and an amended copy shall be served on all parties two weeks thereafter. 6.

Reverification is dispensed with.
