This Application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the written statement by Defendant Nos. 2 and 3. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff objects to the granting of the Interim Application on the ground that the delay is not of 11 days as recorded in the Interim Application but is of a much longer Mansi Shelke

sr.904-ia-6634-2025.doc period as the Writ of Summons was served on these Defendants on 2nd May, 2005.

I have perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay in filing the written statement by Defendant Nos. 2 and 3.

Accordingly, the following order is passed :

a) The delay in filing the written statement by Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 is condoned.

b)There will be no order as to costs.
