Mr. Narula, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent has created third party rights earlier despite the order of this Court directing the subject property to be handed over to the Petitioner and criminal proceedings are pending. He would further submit that there are substantial property taxes which have remained unpaid and therefore there is danger to the property as the same is Vishal Parekar 1 of

Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 submits he has been recently engaged in the matter and seeks time. He would further submit that the Respondent has already initiated proceedings for challenging the property taxes as assessed by the Corporation. 3.
At his request, stand over to 24th November, 2025 (PH). 4.
Considering the submissions of Mr. Narula, the parties to maintain status-quo in respect of the property till the next date. 5.
The copy of the Court proceedings challenging the assessment of property taxes to be furnished to the learned counsel for the Petitioner before the next date.
