Learned counsel for the Petitioner tenders an affidavit cum no objection given by the Respondent to the Corporation for deleting the name of Respondent and including the name of his daughter in the Health License for the purpose of running the business of providing restaurant services which is the subject property i.e. hotel Amardeep on the ground that he is unable to look after the affairs of the restaurant. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Vishal Parekar 1 of

7-ia-6707-2025.doc Respondent is dealing with the property by transferring the Health License in favour of his daughter without disclosing the same to this Court.

Learned counsel for the Respondent seeks time to take instruction on the said affidavit. He would further seek time to provide the audited balance sheets, books of accounts, ledger accounts books and guests register pertaining to the restaurant business for a period of last seven years i.e. since the time he is operating the business. 3.

In so far as the instructions on the affidavit is concerned, the same to be taken immediately, as appropriate reliefs will be required to be considered in respect of the license.
