Learned AGP, Mr. Takke states that the Registration office has lodged a complaint with Kasturba Marg, Police Station but no FIR has been registered by the Police Authorities.

On the next date, the concerned officer of the Kasturba Marg, Police Station to remain present and update the Court about why the FIR has not been registered and what steps they have taken and progress made with regard to the investigation. 3.

Mr. Takke also assures the Court that the persons responsible in the Registration Office would also be served with necessary disciplinary

proceedings as per the law.

Insofar as the adjudication of the documents by the stamp authorities is concerned, the show cause notice was issued and the noticee has filed a reply.

List this matter on 16 February 2026.
