DATE : 27 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Naphade, learned advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that as far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, he has instructions to submit to the order as far as prayer clause (b) is concerned.

2) He further submits that as far as prayer clause (d) is concerned, which is an interim prayer as regards to the injunction being sought for three motion picture films. As far as first film is concerned 'All the Best', the same is not available with his client.

As far as second movie is concerned, 'Dil Tainu Kar Da Hai Pyaar (Punjabi) and the movie 'Dolly ki Doli' is concerned, his client is ready to move a step further and is ready to give the rights of commercial exploitation to the applicant. Statement made by Mr. Naphade on behalf of his client is accepted by this court. 3) He submits that as far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, if his client is required to file affidavit, it will take slightly a longer time than earlier.

4) Stand over to 11 December, 2025.
