Mr. Patel, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that his client is ready to take over the rights of two films as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the order dated 27 November 2025. Statement made by Mr. Patel on behalf of the applicant is accepted. 2.

Mr. Naphade, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he will require three more working days to file affidavit. 3.

Three more days are granted to the respondent to file affidavit and to serve the copy on the other side.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Patel and Mr. Naphade on the last occasion, the applicant is permitted to enter into an agreement with third party for commercial exploitation of two films as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the order dated 27 November 2025, as soon as such agreements are entered into, the applicant to inform the respondent immediately.
