By this Interim Application, the Applicant has sought amendment of the succession certificate post the granting thereof as per prayer (a) of the Application.

I have perused the Application. In my view, for the reasons stated in the Application, the same is required to be allowed. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer (a) and (b) thereof which read as under :

"a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit/allow the Applicant to carry out Amendment in the Amended Schedule-1 being Exhibit-C to the above Petition in Sr.No.27A in respect of Shares of Reliance Industries Ltd. by deleting Dist. Nos. 58809839-282 in first row of Exhibit-J of said I.A. No.859 of Mansi Shelke

sr.18-ia-6753-2025.doc 2025 by replacing Dist. Nos. 58809839-858 and 59624259-282 in the Grant dated 18th October, 2001.

b. The office of the Learned Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, be directed to accept the Original Grant dated 18th October, 2001 duly amended on 21st June, 2025 and to issue amended Grant as per prayer (a) above." 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification be dispensed with.
