This application is filed by defendant No.3 seeking leave to transfer its PMS business in accordance with SEBI Rules.

Learned counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that the approval granted by SEBI has been revoked. Hence, he 2/3

seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application in the event fresh approval is granted by SEBI.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed.
