Learned Counsel appearing for the Defendants No. 1 and 2 submit that since the Chamber Summons has been received only recently, this Court may grant some time to file reply. 4.

Let reply be filed within a period of three weeks with copy to the others. Rejoinder in three weeks thereafter with copy to the others. Suit No. 3469 of 1992 5.

Ms. Malhotra, learned Counsel appears for the Plaintiff and submits that this Court may grant some more time to file affidavit of evidence, since the Chamber Summons is pending and that after the Chamber Summons is disposed, affidavit of evidence can be filed. 6.
