It is submitted by Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff that the names of Defendant Nos.1 to 3, who are government officials, are being deleted. With this deletion, he submits that the sole remaining objection, namely, the absence of compliance with Section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, would stand addressed.

The amendments are permitted. Such amendments may be carried out within a period of three weeks from the upload of this order on the website of the Court. Subject to any other residual objections being cleared, the Registry shall register and number the Suit in accordance with the standard operating procedure. 4.
