By an Order dated October 6, 2025, a Learned Single Judge of this Court, pursuant to an earlier order dated September 8, 2025 had granted liberty to the Plaintiff to implead the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and the Slum Rehabilitation Authority as parties to the present Suit, if they so desire. Consequently, pursuant to the said liberty, this Interim Application is filed with the Schedule of Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

906.IA.6811.2025.doc impleading the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, and for incorporating the necessary pleadings to justify their impleadment, as well as for carrying out consequential amendments and modifications to the reliefs already set out in the plaint.

In these circumstances, this Interim Application deserves to be allowed in terms of the Schedule of Amendments. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order on the website of this Court in front of the Associate, and the newly added Defendants shall be served with the amended plaint as well as the Interim Application no. 3151 of 2023. 3.

Written statement on the amended Interim Application may be filed by the Defendants within a period of 30 days from the service of the amended plaint on the respective Defendants. 4.

List Interim Application No.3151 of 2023 on February 20, 2026. 5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
