The present Interim Application seeks the restoration of the captioned Company Application No. 561 of 2017 in Company Petition No.947 of 2014. 2.

Ms. Solanki, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that she was unwell on the date on which the Company Application was dismissed and, for that reason, she was unable to remain present before the Court on that date. 3.

The Official Liquidator has not opposed the Interim Application, the same is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), as follows: "a) That the present Interim Application be allowed; b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order dated 18/07/2025 and be pleased to restore the Company Application No.561 of 2017 in Company Vaibhav

The Official Liquidator shall file reply to the said Company Application within a period of three weeks from today.

The Company Application is accordingly be restored to the file of this Court.
