Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, Mr. Tamboly submits that they shall take steps to proceed for Mediation under Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (for short 'the said Act') in accordance with law. 3.

In view of this statement made, the Interim Application filed by Defendant No.1 stands disposed.

Depending on the outcome of proceedings under Section 12A of the said Act, Plaintiffs are at liberty to move Interim Application and Suit proceedings for seeking interim relief. 5.
