Mr. Shettigar, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Defendant has no objection and accordingly, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a).

The Applicant/Petitioner shall carry out amendment within a period of two weeks from today and serve a copy on the newly added Defendants.
