C:- This Interim Application has been filed to delete the name of the deceased Defendant No.1B and substitute the names of Respondents in place of the deceased Defendant No.1B as Defendant Nos.1B(i) to 1B (iii) in the cause title and other incidental proceedings. The deceased passed away on 12th August, 2025.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "(a):- This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Plaintiffs to amend the Plaint and all other incidental proceedings by deleting the name of the deceased Defendant No.1B and substitute the names of Respondents in place of the deceased Defendant No.1B as Defendant Nos.1B (i) to 1B (iii) in the cause title of the plaint and other incidental proceedings as per the Schedule annexed hereto." Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be no order as to costs.
