P. C. :

1.

After the arguments were concluded on 12th December, 2025, upon request made by learned counsel for parties, this Court had permitted brief written submissions to be filed within period of one week. The permission which was granted by this Court was only for the purpose of filing written submissions however, the Applicant under the guise of filing written submissions has annexed the compilation of about 20 judgments running into 500 pages which were not cited during the arguments.

The matter was argued extensively over several sessions and it was open for the Applicant to rely upon the judgments during the hearing. Such practice of filing judgments along with the written submissions, which judgments were not permitted and which were not cited during the hearing of the Applications needs to be deprecated. 3.

The Written submissions are therefore, returned to the Advocate appearing for Applicant.

4.

The Written submissions only to be tendered to the Associate on or before 26th December, 2025.
