This Interim Application seeks amendment of Column G to the Execution Application.

Mr. Savant, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that since the filing of the Execution Application, from time to time certain payments have been received in various proceedings between the Applicant and the Respondent and that, therefore, this Interim Application has been taken out to amend the Execution Application to include the payments that have been received. Mr. Savant submits that the service has been effected upon the Respondent on 15th December, 2025.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, this Court is of the view that the Application be allowed in terms of the prayer Clause (a), which reads thus:- "a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant for amendment in the Execution Applicant of column G as per schedule of amendment (annexed at Exhibit-D) (sic E) of the present Application." 5.

Let the amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks and the amended Execution Application be served on the Respondents in a week thereafter and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed. 6.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
