Learned counsel points out that this Court, by a detailed order dated 14 January 2026, had allowed the Interim Application and permitted the amendments. However, re-verification was not dispensed with and learned counsel today prays that the same be dispensed with. 2.

Having due regard to the submissions made and having noted that the amendments are purely formal in nature, re-verification is dispensed with. st 3.

Time to carry out the amendments is extended up to and including 31 January 2026.
