This Interim Application is filed for restoration of the aforesaid Execution Application along with pending Interim Application. 2.

Mr. Varma, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that by an order dated 04.09.2025, this Court had granted three weeks time to remove office objections. He submits that majority of the objections were removed within three weeks. However, according to the department, two more objections remained to be removed. Therefore, the Execution Application automatically stood dismissed. 3.

The Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicant is granted two weeks more time to remove all the office objections, if any.

Once all the office objections are removed, Registry to give the final registration number to the Execution Application. 7.

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
