The present Interim Application seeks to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of deceased - Plaintiff no. 1 who is stated to have passed away on 27th April 2024.

There is no opposition to the Interim Application. Accordingly, the same is allowed in terms of the following order: ------------------------------------- Order dated 15th April 2026

26. IA/7065/2025 Bhanudas vs. Jaywant ::ORDER::

(i) The Applicant is permitted to bring the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased on record.

(ii) The Applicant is permitted to amend the Interim Application No. 1277 of 2025 in terms of the Schedule of draft amendment annexed to the present Interim Application.

(iii) This amendment shall be carried out, on or before 29th April 2026.

(iv) Re-verification is dispensed with.

(v) A copy of the amended Interim Application shall thereafter be served on all the parties and an Affidavit-of-Service to that effect shall be filed, on or before 8th May 2026. (vi) The present Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the above order.
