This Application seeks an appointment as a Guardian ad litem of Defendant No.1, who is a minor aged 13 years. The Applicant seeks to appoint the mother of Defendant No.1, namely, Rashmi Madan, formerly known as Rashmi Asif Shahbazker, as the guardian ad litem of Defendant No.1.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Rashmi Madan formerly Rashmi Asif Shahbazker, is appointed as the guardian ad litem of Defendant No.1.

Further, the Applicant is permitted to carry out the amendments to the cause title of the Suit as set out in the Schedule annexed as Exhibit 'A' to the Interim Application.

Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today and the amended copy of the Plaint be served on the other side. 5.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
