The present Interim Application seeks discharge of the Court Receiver, High Court of Bombay who was originally appointed on the Suit Property pursuant to order dated 25th March 1998. 2.

Mr. Swayam Chopda, OSD on behalf of the Court Receiver states that on or before 20th January 2026, the Court Receiver shall prepare and serve a copy of the Statement of Accounts on the Advocate. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Order dated 13th January 2026

The Advocate for the Plaintiff states that he shall make the payment of the necessary amounts directed therein. 4.

Upon such payment, the Court Receiver shall stand discharged without passing of accounts.

With the above necessary directions no further orders are required to be passed in the present Interim Application which is disposed of with no order as to costs. Accordingly, the symbolic possession of the Court Receiver with respect to the following two properties shall also come to an end:

(i) Vali Mohammed Building & Chawl located on CTS No. 100, Dadasaheb Phalke Road, Dadar, Mumbai - 40014. (ii) Mistry Lodge, Matheran, Taluka Karjat, Dist. Raigad ( FARHAN P. DUBASH, J. ) Mandar M.
