The application is for restoration of the captioned Interim Application No.2371 of 2025. The interim application came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 3 rd October 2023. A fair stand is taken by the official liquidator, who does not oppose the restoration. Given this and having perused the averments in the interim application, in my view, substantive interest of justice would best be served Meera Jadhav
