The captioned interim application seeks the following substantive reliefs:

"a. That the Respondent be impleaded as a party defendant in the present suit as Defendant No.2 as per the schedule annexed at Exhibit "C";

b. Pending the hearing and final disposal the suit, the Respondents be restrained by an Injunction of this Hon'ble Court from constructing and/or developing the suit property and/or granting any permission to the Defendant or Respondents for such purpose; c. Pending the hearing and final disposal of the suit the Defendants Meera Jadhav:-This order has been corrected pursuant to the speaking to the minutes of order dated 18 th December 2025.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he is confining the reliefs to prayer clause (a) only and is not pressing prayer clauses (b) and (c) in the present interim application. To this, learned counsel for Defendant as also learned counsel for Respondent No.1 do not oppose.

The interim application is thus allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the plaint to be served on all concern. Applicant to take out appropriate interim application for the reliefs that have been sought for other than prayer clause (a). Reverification is dispensed with.
